Who we are

SphereCraft Ltd operates this website and is the controller for personal information we receive to run it. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15502724, with a registered office at 12 High Street, Wellington, TA21 8RA, England. Contact hello@spherecraft.uk with privacy questions.

Calculator inputs

The calculator processes the prices and percentages you enter locally in your browser. Its code does not send those inputs or results to SphereCraft, put them in URLs, or store them in cookies or browser storage. There is no account or calculation history.

Website delivery and security

When a page is requested, our hosting and delivery providers necessarily handle technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. This is used to deliver the website, maintain reliability and protect it against abuse. Our lawful basis for the processing we control is our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.

Technical information may be processed by infrastructure providers in other countries. Retention and any international transfer arrangements depend on the hosting service used. Contact us for information about the service currently serving this site and the arrangements that apply.

If you contact us

We receive the name, email address and message content you choose to provide. We use them to respond, provide support and investigate reported problems. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and improving the service. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence.

We keep enquiries only while needed to handle the issue, follow up and retain an appropriate business record. Where a message is needed for a legal obligation or dispute, it may be retained for that purpose. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of a message.

Cookies and analytics today

The calculator does not set cookies or use local storage. The supplied site has no advertising tags, analytics trackers, external fonts or embedded media. The service hosting the website may use its own necessary security or access technologies; those are separate from the calculator.

If advertising is introduced

Advertising is not enabled in this version. If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to provide personalised ads based on visits to websites across the internet, subject to your consent and applicable settings.

Where required, a consent message will identify the providers and let you accept, reject or manage choices before non-essential storage is used. You will be able to revisit your choices through the consent provider’s controls. We will use a Google-certified consent management platform for personalised AdSense advertising to visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland.

For information about Google’s handling of data, see Google’s business privacy information and how Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage personalised Google advertising through My Ad Center. Other ad providers, if introduced, will be identified in the consent message with links to their policies and choices.

We will update this notice when advertising or analytics is enabled, including details of the actual services, data use, retention and consent controls. This page contains no ad or consent message scripts.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, obtain a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

You have a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@spherecraft.uk to exercise your rights. We may need information to verify your identity before handling a request.

If you have concerns, please contact us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
